    Atlanta Resident Wins Big

    • Categories News
    • Date January 19, 2016

She didn’t win the Powerball, she said, but she already has plans on how to spend her prize money. That’s because Brittany Greenwood was our first Open House winner of 2016. She attended the free event to learn more about our Cisco certificates. While there, she dropped her name in for the prize drawing of a $100 Visa gift card.

“I never win anything,” she said. “I’m happy! It was a lucky week.”

Brittany’s New Year’s goal is to change careers, shifting from a background in cosmetology to computer networking. She said she always likes picking up new skills, no matter what it may be.

“I learned to weld last year. I do hair. I fix computers, fix cars. Anything that I can learn I want to learn,” she said.

The Atlanta resident said she’s looking to switch professions because she knows Cisco and the technology field is “going places,” and she wants to be on board. She plans to join us for class — both the CCNA and CCENT courses — later this summer.

If you missed our Open House, there are still opportunities to learn more about us! Our free webinars are designed especially for you! Quick and efficient, you will be able to ask questions and get more information on the program of your choice – and still have time for lunch!

You can also call us at 470-578-6765 or email ccpe@kennesaw.edu. We look forward to connecting with you!
