Strengthen Your Talent Triangle
What steps can you take to propel your management skills to the next level? In today’s increasingly complex and competitive global marketplace, technical skills are simply not enough. Companies are seeking added skills in leadership and business intelligence to support longer range strategic objectives that contribute to the bottom line.
The ideal skill set — the PMI Talent Triangle — is a combination of technical, leadership and strategic and business management expertise. To stay relevant and competitive, you must develop these employer demanded skills.
Triangle Components:
- Strategic & Business Management (Business oriented skills)
- Technical (Domain expertise)
- Leadership (Competency in guiding and motivating)
Where to Start
Our Project Management program will provide you the knowledge to lead projects and teams with skill and confidence.
Gain Valuable PDUs
In addition to the invaluable knowledge gained in the classroom, by successfully completing the program, you will acquire highly sought after industry PDUs. Professional Development Units (PDUs) are necessary for maintaining Project Management Institute (PMI)-certified credentials. They are a part of PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) program. One PDU is worth one hour of project management training — though there are some exceptions to this rule. The class PDUs breakdown is as follows:
- Technical – 36
- Leadership – 18
- Strategic – 18
Now’s the Time
Master the skills that are crucial in multiple industries with qualifications employers routinely seek in job candidates.
