Q: Please tell us about Cobb EMC and the services it provides to the community.
A: Cobb EMC, a not-for-profit electric cooperative, safely delivers reliable electricity to more than 180,000 residential and commercial members in Cobb, Bartow, Cherokee, Fulton and Paulding counties.

Q: What compelled you to connect with KSU Continuing Education for your employees’ needs?
A: We were looking for a partner to deliver high quality and affordable professional development courses. I was aware of the stellar reputation of the Center for Continuing Education.

Q: What classes has your team completed?
A: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word (from Beginner to Advanced).

Q: What improvements have you seen in your team re: quality of work, knowledge, productivity?
A: We have seen anecdotal evidence, which ranges from improved emergency outage information to more effective data spreadsheets in Accounting and Finance.
