Culinary Open House on April 18
Knife skills, nutrition, proper plating and presentation are only a few things students in the Culinary Apprenticeship program learn. If you have a passion for cooking and desire more than the traditional, classroom-based culinary education, this award-winning program could be the start of your new career.
We invite you to learn more about the culinary field at a special Open House event on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at KSU Center. You will have an opportunity to hear from program instructors, graduates and local partners. The Open House will also feature a tour of the professional kitchen and an exclusive culinary demonstration.
“Attending the Open House is the best way to learn about the quality of our training and success of our graduates,” said Pam Moss, Culinary Apprenticeship program manager. “We will cover the basics of the course, and you’ll also learn from those who are currently in the field.”
