Emily Berreth has been an instructor with CCPE since 2010. Berreth is certified in The Method Pilates by the Physical Mind Institute in New York and YogaFit. Berreth has a Master’s in Journalism from University of Georgia, and a Bachelor’s in French from St. Catherine University, St. Paul, Minn.
