The purpose of this course is to address the importance of understanding the unique needs of the senior market and how licensees can serve those needs. According to a report issued by Census.gov, An Aging Nation: The Older Population in the United States, “In 2050, the population aged 65 and over is projected to be 83.7 million.” That’s almost double what that population numbered in 2012.
This three-hour course is designed to equip licensees in fulfilling their fiduciary duties to older clients and in protecting their clients’ best interests via a comprehensive understanding of the particulars and practicalities of this market segment.

Prerequisite: Must be 18 years of age and have either a high school diploma or its equivalent before enrolling in the course.

Note:  You will be contacted by the Online department within 3-5 business days of registering in order to provide you with login instructions.

All course lessons and applicable exams must be completed within 180 days. Access to the computer lessons will expire at midnight on the 180th day after enrollment.

If you need more time, you may purchase an extension at the classroom site. The extension starts on your expiration date. You will not be allowed to extend any course past 360 days from your original start date.
