Photo II – Photography as Art

In this course, we continue our journey of learning and move well beyond the basic functions and care of your camera. We take an exciting journey into the world of photography as art and the development of your artistic eye. We talk in depth about composition and find out how to control and use light and shadow. We create art from common objects, learn about portraiture and group arrangement, spend a whole session on photo editing and learn about how to succeed in photo competitions. Do you prefer to learn in our classroom or the comfort of your home? With our new Flex course format, you decide what works best for you. Our courses are taught live at a specific day and time in our clean, socially-distanced classroom and are simultaneously broadcast to our virtual classroom. With this flexible format, you choose one option when you register: to join the instructor in the physical classroom or join the class meeting remotely.
