High school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of computers and access to a computer and the internet are required.
This class will meet in a classroom at the Roam Galleria. Students are welcome, but not required, to bring their own laptop or tablet to class.
Students should have a basic understanding of network operations and some familiarity with the domains of the CISSP CBK®. As a result, you will need to complete the ISSP Skills Assessment and Program Application, which are located online. The instructions are here. You will be directed to the program application after completing the skills assessment.
What You’ll Learn
You will be trained on how to secure information systems by learning the fundamentals of the Information Systems Security environment and processes. You will accomplish this by mastering the domains of the CISSP® Common Body of Knowledge.
This comprehensive course will teach you the essentials of information systems security while preparing you to take the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP®) exam.
