Boost your stamina and muscle tone without the risks of high impact exercise. Wear loose clothing and bring a towel or yoga mat. Students must sign a waiver prior to class.

Emily Berreth

Emily Berreth has been an instructor with CCPE since 2010. Berreth is certified in The Method Pilates by the Physical Mind Institute in New York and YogaFit. Berreth has a Master’s in Journalism from University of Georgia, and a Bachelor’s in French from St. Catherine University, St. Paul, Minn.
