In this beginning class, everyone will be shown QiGong and Tai Chi forms and postures that will help improve balance, strengthen and tone muscles, improve concentration, and encourage an overall sense of health and well-being. Students will also be taught QiGong breathing and relaxation techniques. This is done without high-impact/strenuous activity.
