This course, expanded from its precursor QiGong/Tai Chi I, will have the same beneficial breathing and exercise techniques but with more advanced skills. Everyone will be taught Yang style 48 form Tai Chi as well as advanced QiGong style forms and meditation. Regular practice of Tai Chi calms the mind, improves balance, and enhances overall mobility, endurance, flexibility, and muscle strength. Completion of QiGong/Tai Chi I recommended unless there is prior Tai Chi experience.
