This course, expanded from its precursor QiGong/Tai Chi I, will have the same beneficial breathing and exercise techniques but with more advanced skills. Learners will be taught Yang style 48 move Tai Chi as well as advanced QiGong style forms and meditation. Completion of QiGong/Tai Chi I recommended for admission. A signed waiver is required prior to start.
Lynn Cunningham
Mr. Lynn Cunningham has studied QiGong and Tai Chi for three years under the expert eye of Phil Robinson, Tai Chi Master. He has participated in the KSU group classes as well as studying in private classes. He knows first-hand the health and healing benefits of QiGong and Tai Chi and is always glad to share his knowledge. Previous instructional experience was in teaching Microbiology to nursing students. Since retiring from Emory University he enjoys exploring the Georgia back roads as well as home gardening and maintenance.
