This class features exercises that focus on strength and flexibility as well as balance and range of motion, using your own body weight or light dumbbells. Wise Fitness accommodates all fitness levels to help build a stronger core, tone muscles, improve posture and encourage a confident smile. Wear exercise clothing and bring a towel or yoga mat. A signed waiver is required at the start of the first class session.
