The second course in the two-part litigation series. You will learn how to assist counsel to prepare for litigation, including producing and organizing documents, interrogatories and pleadings, file summaries, and chronologies.  Prerequisite: Civil Litigation I

Special notice: This class will be delivered online. You will need access to a computer with an internet connection that remains stable for the duration of the class. Though a chat feature is available, a microphone is preferred. For most productive audio/video participation, a webcam and/or headset are encouraged. Virtual classes may be recorded.

Jennifer Cantor

Jennifer Cantor earned her B.A. in Political Science from Long Island University. She received her M.A. in Psychology from Argosy University, and her J.D. from John Marshall Law School.

Her career in law, and higher education has spanned over 20 years. Mrs. Cantor is a leader in education as a professor, legal researcher, and legal writer. She has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at several universities both in the United States and abroad.

Mrs. Cantor has held key positions with Randtad U.S. and Amsterdam. She was also instrumental in hiring and writing risk management procedures for The Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games.

Since 2005 she has served as the legal chairwoman for a national legal studies program. Under her leadership and direction, the program was awarded ABA approval status in 2009. This designation was paramount in the state approved award from college to university.

In her spare time, she travels internationally, plays tennis, and is an avid reader.
