CPE Payment Plans
Most of our programs are supported by our Standard four-part payment plan. Three programs, Social Media Marketing, Culinary Apprenticeship and Medical Assisting, use a Special payment plan.
Please note: You must be prepared to pay 25% of the course fee plus the $80 non-refundable enrollment fee in order to enroll.
Standard:
Please read the payment plan guidelines below carefully.
- Enrollment Fee
- Any student enrolling in a payment plan will pay a non-refundable enrollment fee of $80.00.
- Down Payment
- Upon requesting a payment agreement, you will be required to pay 25% down payment plus the $80 enrollment fee. This will secure your space in the class.
- Remaining Payments
- The remaining 75% of the course fee will be spread over three payments through Nelnet, our online payment system. The payment dates will be set forth in your Nelnet payment agreement.
- If you fail to complete the payment plan, a $50 fee will be assessed and the balance becomes due immediately. You will not be allowed to complete the course until the balance is paid in full. Further, any unpaid balances will be turned over to a collection agency. You will be held responsible for the collection agency fees. Fees may vary.
- If you fail to complete the payment plan, you will not be allowed to enroll in any further course until the balance is paid in full.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the payment plan program.

- Refund Policy (enrollment fee is non-refundable)
- 100% refund of the total course fee for all withdrawals made three or more business days (Mon – Fri) before the first day of class.
- 80% of the total course fee refund for all withdrawals made one or two business days (Mon – Fri) before the first day of class.
- 0% refund for all withdrawals made the day class begins or any time following. Outstanding balance of payment plan becomes due.
- Transfer Policy
- Transfers made three or more business days (Monday – Friday) before the first day of class will not be assessed any penalty.*
- Transfers made one or two business days (Monday – Friday) before the first day of class will be assessed a 20% penalty.*
- No Transfers will be made once a class has started.*No Transfers will be made for any registrations using a discount.
Special Plans:
The special plans are only available for the following courses:
1. Medical Assisting
All of the above rules apply to this payment plan, except that the payment will be divided in the following manner:
- $1500 due at the time of enrollment
- $500 is non-refundable
- The remaining balance will be divided into ten monthly payments over the first ten months of the course.
2. Culinary Apprenticeship
All of the above rules apply to this payment plan, except that the payment will be divided in the following manner:
- $1995 due at the time of enrollment
- $500 is non-refundable
- The remaining balance will be divided into five monthly payments over the length of the course, with the final payment due before the last week of the course.
3. Social Media Marketing
All of the above rules apply to this payment plan, except that the payment will be divided in the following manner:
- 50% of tuition plus $80 non-refundable enrollment fee due at the time of enrollment
- The remaining 50% will be due approximately two weeks after the course begins as outlined in the payment agreement
