This is an online asynchronous class. It has the same course material as our live classes, but you can learn at the pace that works for you and your busy schedule. There are no live sessions that you must attend at a certain time or place. This class has a set start date and a set end date, giving you approximately 90 days of access to complete your course material. When and how you do that is up to you and your schedule! You will receive access to your class by no later than 12pm EST on the class start date. You will have an instructor available to answer questions and grade your assignments.

Working knowledge of computers, access to a Windows PC, access to Microsoft Office, a personal email account, and the Internet are required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is recommended. Textbooks are required.

Michael Lichtmacher

Michael Lichtmacher is President of Lichtmacher Law Group, PLLC. He specializes in representing corporate clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, proper business entity formation, and corporate financing options. Mr. Lichtmacher also has experience representing clients in real estate transactions, such as landlord-tenant agreements and commercial real estate purchases, as well as advising individuals on estate planning matters. In addition, he serves as a Senior Compliance Risk Manager with a Fortune 100 company, focusing on regulatory change and third-party relationship management. Mr. Lichtmacher earned his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from St. Mary's University School of Law, his Masters of Business Administration degree from Ohio University, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and has been published in the St. Mary's Law Journal.
