The second course in the two-part legal research and writing series. You will develop research skills and the ability to write legal documents. The focus is on techniques, methods and legal terminology. Prerequisite for this course: Legal Research and Writing I.
Please note that this is an eight-week course.
Special notice: This class will be delivered online. You will need access to a computer with an internet connection that remains stable for the duration of the class. Though a chat feature is available, a microphone is preferred. For most productive audio/video participation, a webcam and/or headset are encouraged. Virtual classes may be recorded.

Necole Floyd-Turner has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Auburn University and a Juris Doctorate from The Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama. She has over 12 years of instructing experience in Paralegal Studies and has worked as a Paralegal in the areas of Real Estate, Bankruptcy and Litigation.
Her motto of “the best thing that we have to offer is the gift of knowledge to all we encounter” is something that she applies in her everyday life.
