Community and Professional Education is proud to offer payment plans for most certificate programs. To make sure everything is in place for your first day, all Payment Plans must be finalized at least 5 business days before the class start date.

Please note: You must be prepared to pay 25% of the course fee plus the $80 non-refundable enrollment fee in order to enroll.

How to Request a Payment Plan

  1. Create a student profile. See more information on our FAQ Page.
  2. Complete the Payment Plan Request Form.

Most of our programs are supported by our Standard four-part payment plan. Four programs (Human Resources Management, Social Media Marketing, Culinary Apprenticeship and Medical Assisting) use a Special payment plan.

Standard Payment Plan

Enrollment Fee

Any student enrolling in a payment plan will pay a non-refundable enrollment fee of $80.00.

Down Payment

Upon requesting a payment agreement, you will be required to pay 25% down payment plus the $80 enrollment fee. This will secure your space in the class.

Remaining Payments

The remaining 75% of the course fee will be spread over three payments through Nelnet, our online payment system. The payment dates will be set forth in your Nelnet payment agreement.

If you fail to complete the payment plan:

  • A $50 fee will be assessed and the balance becomes due immediately. You will not be allowed to complete the course until the balance is paid in full. Further, any unpaid balances will be turned over to a collection agency. You will be held responsible for the collection agency fees. Fees may vary.
  • You will not be allowed to enroll in any further course until the balance is paid in full.
